  Individual Membership (DIM) go to top of page
  Use membership form M1. For a description of this class of membership, see document D1. This class of membership comprises a fee for joint or individual membership, plus an optional additional payment for BCRA membership. An extra fee is payable for postage of periodicals outside the UK.  
  Direct Individual Membership of BCA  
 
  • £31 Active caver
  • £20 Non-caver or overseas caver with own national-body insurance
  • £15 A caver with pre-paid BCA DIM insurance, or a UK Caver with other appropriate insurance
  
  Joint DIM membership  
 
  • £47 Two active cavers
  • £36 One active caver
  • £25 Two non-cavers
  
  Additional fee for BCRA membership  
 
  • either add £20 for standard membership fee
  • or add £12 for membership without C&KS supplied on paper
  • All members have access to C&KS online
  
  Overseas Postage of Publications  
 
  • add £3 Speleology, Annual postage to Western Europe (See List)
  • add £6 Speleology, Annual postage to rest of world
  • add £3 C&KS, Annual postage to Western Europe (See List)
  • add £6 C&KS, Annual postage to rest of world
  
  Discount for part-year membership  
 
  • deduct 25% from total of above fees if joining from April
  • deduct 50% if joining from July
  • deduct 75% if joining from October
  
     
  Individual Membership (CIM) go to top of page
  For CIM membership you must apply via your caving club or group. CIMs do not receive the same membership benefits as DIMs, see document D1. CIMs should upgrade to DIMs in order to join BCRA. Alternatively, CIMs who wish to receive Cave & Karst Science can subscribe as non-members.  
  Club Individual Membership of BCA  
 
  • £16 Active caver
  • £8 Student caver (in full-time education or under-18)
  • £5 Non-caver
  • £0 Caver with pre-paid BCA DIM insurance, or UK Caver with other appropriate insurance
  
  Discount for part-year membership see under DIM  
     
  Caving Club Membership go to top of page
  Use membership form M2. For a description of this class of membership, see document D1. The fee for this class of membership depends on the size of the club. There is an optional additional payment for BCRA membership.  
  Club Membership of BCA  
  These fees include a subscription to Speleology magazine (which can be deducted, as stated below). Additional insurance contributions also may be payable).
  • £5 for Access Controlling Bodies, etc.
  • £25 for 4 to 10 Members
  • £35 for up to 20 Members
  • £45 for up to 30 Members
  • £50 for up to 40 Members
  • £55 for over 40 Members
  
  Fees for Periodicals  
 
  • deduct £5 if Speleology magazine is not required and BCRA membership is not required
 
  Additional fee for BCRA membership see under DIM  
  Overseas Postage of Publications see under DIM  
  Additional insurance contributions see under DIM  
 
  • add £50 for Clubs providing Accommodation
  • add £50 for Access Controlling Bodies
  • If both these options are required only one additional insurance contribution is payable

  Use membership form M3. For a description of this class of membership, see document D1. This class of membership comprises a basic fee, plus an optional additional payment for BCRA membership. An extra fee is payable for postage of periodicals outside the UK.  
  £45 Associate Membership of BCA

  Subscription to Periodicals go to top of page
  Use Form M4. These are the rate for subscriptions to periodicals as a non-member of BCA/BCRA. Note that there is no trade/agency discount on subscriptions.

  £10 Annual subscription (three issues)  
  Cave & Karst Science  
 
  • £24 Annual subscription to print edition (three issues), including access to C&KS online)
  • £18 Annual subscription to online edition (12 months)
  • 50% Undergraduate discount on any C&KS subscription
